ESPERANZA YOGA
Kripalu beach yoga classes, December 3, 2013- April 1, 2014, held on beautiful Sun Bay, near the pavilion, under the shady palms and on the soft sand. Bring along your beach towel. Class is by donation; come as often as you can! No sign up is required.
10 a.m. classes are held Mondays and Thursdays.
